Delivery
All deliveries and shipping: Hinkley Antiques do not charge for local mainland deliveries, within a 25mile radius. We have our own van and carry out most local deliveries ourselves. I am afraid we are not able to offer free delivery to the Isle of Wight.
For all deliveries outside our local area and across Europe we use a specialist firm of antique carriers. Please email us for an exact quote based on your full address and the most economical way to ship.
Items are full insured and delivery charge is negotiated at time of sale.
If you are deciding to use your own choice of delivery carrier, please ensure they are insured and experienced in moving antique furniture.
For all international shipments, we can arrange a separate quotation. Local taxes and surcharges apply when the item arrives and are payable by the customer.
Delivery charge estimates:
Inside of M25 / Greater London = from £45
Congestion Zone area = from £55
England, Wales and Scotland, fully insured = from £60-120
European areas = from £200-500 (exact costing on postcode/zip)

Payment
Showroom
Our showroom can accept payment by Debit / Credit Card or via Online Transfer.
If you wish time to consider your purchase we are happy to RESERVE an item for 24hrs. When you wish to go-ahead with purchase, we require the full amount at time of sale .
Website
Payments made via our website are handled by PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from our site. Once you checkout, you’ll be taken to the secure Paypal site where you can either sign into your Paypal account or provide your Credit Card details.
Refunds
When accepting delivery of goods, please satisfy yourself that you are happy with the purchase. In the unfortunate event you are not happy with you purchase or the measurements are not as you first thought, then we will happily offer a full refund, excluding any carriage costs. However the item must be returned with the carrier.
